As an example, beach land will vary from USD 60,00m2 – USD 350,00m2 depending on the location, while plots within gated developments will vary from USD 50,00m2 – USD 200,00m2.
Land outside of these areas will start at around USD 20,00m2 – USD 35,00m2.
In the Dominican Republic homes are generally constructed of reinforced concrete block on a reinforced concrete slab with a tiled roof.
Prices will vary dependant on the design type and level of finishes, however the following will offer guideline prices in USD per square meter.
For a reasonable quality build in a simple style, USD 550,00 m2 should be expected; while for more luxurious finishes and a more detailed design the price would probably rise to around USD 750,00m2.
